Kimchi Fries: Kimchi with Kurobuta pork belly, onions and cheddar cheese. Damn, it sounds awful but it's a great topping combo!!!! Kimchi, pork and cheese w fries?! It was WOW for me. If the quality of fries were good, I would give them a lot better star.
Rajas Fries: Roasted poblano chiles, caramelized onions and shawarma-marinated steak with Jack cheese. The beef was well seasoned. A bit lighter than Kimchi one. It's a good topping expect for the quality of the fries.

The toppings tasted great - I didn't expect that much from a truck. But you sell FRIES, right?! Why can't you offer good fries?! They were shoe strings, over-fried, greasy and yucky. French fries are one of my favorite foods, so I'm very picky about it. If they can improve the quality, I'm very happy to give them 4.5 stars. The toppings were great but I don't feel the $ value on the horrible fries.....
