All in all, Im not too upset with this game, there was a defensive collapse of sorts and Special Teams could have performed better but nothing I saw said it cant be fixed. The bail out in America should have been given to the US people to spend not to the _astards who caused the whole thing (eg:bonus to AIG,bankers and others)The Chinese economy is on of the only ones set to grow in the future(8% in 2010) and seeing as this growth heads to a certain place I have a wild speculation. What if in the future hyper inflation sets in in the US, we have massive unemployment,are bankrupt then we become a country that can produce things cheaply. This would mean that the two nations roles would be reversed and MADE in USA would mean cheap crap that we export to better off nations.This is quite a change from the 1960 when Made In USA meant the best and we were the largest manufacturer,exporter and creditor. As I have said before The American Dream has turned into the American Nightmare just look how far our Great Counrty has fallen since this Golden Age of the 60s.Like all natural cycles China BOOM BUBBLE would burst&contract as mathematically these cycles cant sustain themselves.

Interesting question and the answer is yes and no in my opinion. If you are a fast low kms runner steping up to the Marathon then you should not only not run the day before but keep off your feet as much as posible. Forget about a run the day before I was worried about the warm up before a Marathon taking the distance to 43 or 44 kms! However some of my running friends are ultra marathon runners often doing 100km to 200km+ races. They also run marathons and a run the day before is nothing to them, they probably run from home to the start of a marathon! Of course if you a between these then you might not be sure.

I never run without my Garmin 305. Even if I dont look at it during a run I want to be able to go back and analyse my past runs to see my progress. Thats the one thing I always have on a run. Everything else is interchangeable.
